"I was hacked several times this past year and missed updating my new credit card information on the app and so I was charged a late fee… However, when I reached out To ask why my bill increased, they told me I had a late fee and that was because of being hacked so they were gracious enough to remove that fee for me and their customer service is amazing! Thank you for understanding and being awesome!"
